Our family has received services from Autumn Home Nutrition (AHN) for over 5 years. It would be dishonest for me to say that we have always had superb customer service, that we have never experienced a problem, or that everyone has always been good to us. We are all human beings after all and not infallible. I can be sincere when I say that even though workers at AHN may make mistakes, they are not too proud to say I am sorry and I will fix it. I can say truthfully, I am able to be candid with the workers and share my hurt, opening up a conversation that creates development and growth for both of us. I can say without a doubt that I know AHN has my family’s back in an emergency. I have a medically involved child. I understand things are not always perfect, but when you have a company willing to do life with you instead of against you; you better work to keep that relationship going, and remember it takes you and them to make it work.
